AVGEEK PROGRAM FEE
$600 PER GUEST
The AvGeek Program Fee is $600 per participating guest, in addition to your cruise fare. It allows Meridia Travel to create and coordinate the special experiences that make this journey unique; from aviation excursions and special access ashore to activities and opportunities to connect with fellow AvGeeks onboard.
Simply put: your cruise fare gets you aboard Celebrity Apex. The AvGeek Program turns the sailing into a week built around our love for aviation.

ST. MAARTEN
Private Airport Tour + World-Famous Maho Beach
Experience one of aviation's most legendary destinations with your fellow AvGeeks.
Our day begins with a private aviation-focused tour of Princess Juliana International Airport, followed by time at world-famous Maho Beach to watch aircraft make their famous low approach over the Caribbean.
Included with your AvGeek Program.
ST. THOMAS
Plane Spotting in Paradise
Spend the afternoon at a beautiful Caribbean beach near the airport, where swimming, relaxing and plane spotting all come together.
Transportation and our group beach experience are included with your AvGeek Program.
Optional AvGeek Catamaran Experience — Approximately $350 Per Person
Looking for an even more unique perspective? We're working to arrange an optional private AvGeek catamaran experience sailing around St. Thomas’ unique airport runway extending into the bay.
Spend the afternoon sailing, swimming and snorkeling in the Caribbean as aircraft arrive and depart nearby.
Estimated price: approximately $350 per person. This experience will operate only if sufficient guest interest is received and is subject to final confirmation.
Guests will have an opportunity to indicate their interest when reserving their trip. There is no commitment or charge at this time.
Meridia-Exclusive Airside Plane Spotting
Meridia-Exclusive Airside Plane Spotting
Go beyond the terminal for an aviation experience created specifically for our AvGeek guests.
With special access arranged for our group, we'll head into a restricted airside location for an up-close opportunity to watch and photograph arriving and departing aircraft from a perspective unavailable to the general public.
Airside access and group transportation are included with your AvGeek Program.

The aviation experiences don't end when we leave port. Throughout the week, we'll bring our community together aboard Celebrity Apex with activities, friendly competition and plenty of opportunities to spend time with people who share your passion.
Ultimate AvGeek Trivia Challenge
Think you know aviation? It's time to prove it.
Our cruise-long Ultimate AvGeek Trivia Challenge unfolds across all three sea days, with scores accumulating from round to round. On our final day at sea, we'll tally the results, crown our champions and present the coveted Ultimate AvGeek Trophy, along with some serious bragging rights.
AvGeek Welcome Reception
We'll officially kick off our week together with a private AvGeek Welcome Reception & Cocktail Hour in a dedicated area reserved exclusively for our group.
Grab a drink, meet your fellow travelers and start getting to know the people you'll be sharing the adventure with before we dive into a week of aviation and Caribbean fun.
AvGeek Happy Hour Meetups
Throughout the sailing, we'll designate times and locations to meet up for a drink, catch up on the day's adventures and spend time with fellow AvGeeks.
These are casual gatherings, grab your favorite drink and join us whenever you'd like.
TRAVEL WITH MERIDIA
A great group journey is about more than excursions and activities. We've also thought through the details surrounding your trip so you can spend more time enjoying it.
Meridia Hosts Onboard
Meridia Travel representative(s) will travel aboard Celebrity Apex with the group to coordinate the AvGeek Program and serve as an on-site point of contact throughout the journey.
Pre-Cruise Hotel
Meridia will arrange a pre-cruise hotel room block in the Port Canaveral area for guests who would like to arrive early and begin the journey alongside fellow travelers.
Hotel accommodations are booked separately and are not included in the AvGeek Program Fee.
Pre-Cruise Meet & Greet
Guests arriving early will have an opportunity to meet fellow AvGeeks at a casual pre-cruise hotel meet & greet before we set sail. Final timing and details will be provided as we get closer to the journey.
Transportation Options
As the sailing approaches, Meridia will provide information and booking links for pre-arranged transportation options connecting Orlando International Airport, our pre-cruise hotel and Port Canaveral.
Airport and pre-cruise transportation are not included in the AvGeek Program Fee unless specifically noted.
OPTIONAL KENNEDY SPACE CENTER EXPERIENCE
Start the Adventure Early With Your Fellow AvGeeks
Arrive early and join us for an optional private guided group experience at Kennedy Space Center, with our own transportation and guide and select elements tailored to our group's shared interest in aviation and aerospace.
It's an opportunity to add another unforgettable experience to your journey before we ever step aboard Celebrity Apex.

TRAVELING WITH SOMEONE WHO ISN'T AN AVGEEK?
Travel Companion Option — $150
We get it. Not everyone sharing your vacation necessarily shares your enthusiasm for airplanes, airports and spending an afternoon plane spotting.
Guests traveling with an AvGeek Program participant may select our $150 Travel Companion Option instead of enrolling in the full AvGeek Program. Travel Companions can enjoy Celebrity Apex and our Caribbean destinations on their own schedule while their traveling partner participates in the AvGeek experiences.
At least one guest in every stateroom must be enrolled in the full AvGeek Program.
Travel Companion guests do not participate in the included aviation excursions, special-access experiences, Ultimate AvGeek Trivia Challenge or other AvGeek Program activities.
Travel Companions are welcome to join the AvGeek Welcome Reception so everyone can begin the journey together.
